Okay, some background first. I am not a body builder and don’t ever intend to be one. However I was looking to lose weight and gain some muscle mass along with getting some definition. I am also not a young person, although being in your 30′s is not old, but I am also very active in sport.

For years I tried to lose weight and gain muscle so I could perform better. I tried numerous ways to achieve my goals but failed every time. The diets I tried made me eat foods that were boring, tasteless and at times difficult to make.

I literally stumbled across the Anabolic Cooking cookbook, their web site was very clean and simple to read and best of all made sense. So I decided to try it out.

I admit I was surprised with all the material you got with the program. There are literally more than 200 recipes which looked and sounded appetizing and simple to make. My wife did laugh when I mentioned this as I am no gourmet chef by any stretch of the imagination.

There were simple meal plans which made life easy when you go shopping as the checklist guarantees that you don’t forgot some ingredient. The big surprise was there wasn’t really any added cost to our normal grocery bill.

Inside the Anabolic Cooking cookbook  you learn how to cook, including how to cut up vegetables, again something my wife laughed at. But was amazed at how I not only coped in the kitchen but actually have kept it up.

But there is a problem with the anabolic cooking program.

Why You Shouldn’t Buy

Even though I am not a body builder, the main concept of these diet plans is to lose weight and gain that muscle definition. It works and works well, I have lost weight, gained muscle and have noticed an amazing change in my sporting stamina, strength and abilities.

My one criticism of the Anabolic Cooking cookbook program is that there is too much detail. As I said there is over 200 recipes, plus the meal plans. Sometimes you want a simple week by week plan and not have too much choice.

But this is my only criticism. The details for the recipes are great, they are easy to follow and the meals are delicious. I was worried that I would be eating something and my wife a different meal altogether. In fact she has also joined me and we eat the same meals.

So this anabolic cooking program comes with my highest recommendation.
